Kansas City Legoland & Aquarium

Coming in the early months of 2012, Kansas City will have two new major attractions added to the Crown Center. One of the two being the 50,000-square-foot Sea Life Aquarium, offering its guest a glimpse of water environments ranging from the muddy waters of the Mississippi to the depths of the Atlantic abyss. The Sea Life Aquarium will be a great learning opportunity for everyone in attendance, offering one and two hour tours of all the species in each tank. Come wander through the 30 different displays, including an underwater viewing tunnel for an up close and personal chance to observe the marine wildlife. Joining the Sea Life Aquarium will be the Legoland Discovery Center which is planned to be built just adjacent from the aquarium. This interactive park will be great for entertaining young children with numerous rides and hands-on-activity centers. The Legoland Discovery Center is projected to open end of May 2012.
